Welcome to Mothering The Mother.
I am so glad that you are visiting. My name is Pam Kennedy. I am a Doula, DONA Trained. In other words, I am a Childbirth Companion. I live in Triad Area in North Carolina. I work through Women's Hospital of Greensboro, High Point Regional and Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem. I will meet with you and arrange for you to celebrate the Birth-Day of your new addition. Then, once the big day arrives, we go through The Plan to make it the Birth-Day that you will never forget. I am there to support you physically, emotionally and mentally.
I also have my Perinatal Fitness Instructor Certification. I am passionate about women being ready for pregnancy and all of the demands that it puts on your body. Being prepared and ready for those challenges is key.
I am also working toward my Childbirth Educator with ALACE. By the middle of 2010, I hope to be teaching Childbirth Education as well.
I look forward to hearing from you and what your plans, desires and dreams for your little ones Birth-Day.
